1-1/2 cups dry quinoa, rinsed and drained
2 cups water
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
1 carrot, diced,
1/2 cup onion (I used green onions)
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
Put quinoa, water, bouillon cubes, carrot and onion in the rice cooker.
About 20 minutes into the rice cooking, add the beans:

If you love salt like I do, you will want to add salt before eating!
